Kisan365Mart (a brand of Dnaha Kisan365 Pvt. Ltd.) is a growing startup nurtured within the ecosystem of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM). By accessing or using www.kisan365.com, you agree to the following:

• All content, including text, images, logos, product designs, and recipes, is the property of Kisan365Mart

• You may not use our services for illegal or unauthorised purposes.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

• Reproduction, resale, or exploitation of our services without written permission is prohibited.

2. User Registration & Conduct

• Users may need to register for certain features. Please provide accurate details.

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

• Activities such as spam, bots, phishing, or misuse of our system are strictly prohibited.

3. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our products are handmade in small batches by farmers and rural women entrepreneurs.

• Natural variations in taste, colour, or appearance are expected.

• Product images are for representation only.

• Consumers must review ingredients carefully before use.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in INR.

• Currently, GST is not applicable (below registration threshold).

• Prices may change due to raw material or operational costs.

• Accepted payments: Debit/Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking.

• Payments are processed via secure gateways; we do not store card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.

• Courier partners include DTDC, India Post, and Delivery.

• Shipping charges:

o Free for orders above ₹999

o ₹120 flat fee for orders below ₹999 or specific for item weight.

• No shipping on Sundays or national holidays.

• Delays due to strikes, weather, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, strict return rules apply.

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged in transit.

• The product is spoiled.

• An incorrect item is delivered.

Conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 24 hours with photo proof and batch number.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Gateway/processing charges may be deducted.

• Refunds are not applicable for opened, used, or taste-related dissatisfaction.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch.

• A deduction of 3–4% (gateway/handling fee) will apply.

• Cancellations are not possible once products are dispatched.

• Note: Orders enter preparation 2 hours after confirmation.

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy.

• Only essential information (name, address, email, phone) is collected.

• Data is shared only with logistics and payment partners.

• Payment details are encrypted and never stored.

• Customers may request data deletion anytime via support@kisan365.com.
